Despite all the efforts CARRA makes to ensure that its clients receive quality service, there are times when people have a grievance. In order to deal with such cases, a Complaints Officer is responsible for receiving complaints from employers, members and beneficiaries of the pension plans CARRA administers.

The Complaints Officer sees that each complaint received is dealt with in the client’s best interest. The complaint is answered within 30 days of its receipt.
