Mrs. Jocelyne Dagenais
Mrs. Jocelyne Dagenais has been President and Chief Executive Officer of CARRA since December 3, 2007.
A Bachelor of Biology from Université de Montréal, Mrs. Dagenais has worked in the Québec public service since 1977. Her career began at the Ministère de l’Agriculture, des Pêcheries et de l’Alimentation where she carried out various functions such as assistant deputy minister for food quality and animal health and assistant deputy minister at the Direction générale des aliments.
In 2001, Mrs. Dagenais joined the Ministère de la Santé et des Services sociaux where she held the positions of assistant deputy minister at the Direction générale de la modernisation et de la coordination ministérielle and assistant deputy minister at the Direction générale de la planification stratégique, de l’évaluation et de la gestion de l’information. In 2006, she was appointed deputy minister at the Ministère des Services gouvernementaux.
In addition, Mrs. Dagenais has been a member of several boards of administrators, among which those of Services Québec, the Centre des services partagés and the Régie de l’assurance maladie du Québec.
